The Osmoze bean bag is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, under normal conditions of use.

The warranty covers:

• Sewing defects
• Manufacturing defects in the fabric
• Problems related to the zipper

The warranty does not cover:

• Abnormal wear
• Discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or chemicals (chlorine, salt, pool treatments)
• Damage caused by misuse or inadequate maintenance
